28th Report on the State of Substandard Housing in France
On February 1, the Abbé Pierre Foundation (FAP) released its 28th Report on Substandard Housing, which highlights an alarming situation that continues to worsen, with nearly 4 million people living in substandard housing or experiencing homelessness.
