Home » Marseille for the Common Good
Founded in 2017, La Nuit du Bien Commun was born out of the realization that while there are many initiatives dedicated to the common good, there was a lack of a venue and an event where projects and donors could come together.
Co-organized by Obole (a charity specialist) and the Fondation de France Méditerranée, and supported by the City of Marseille, the Nuit du Bien Commun is a nonprofit initiative aimed at raising funds from businesses and individuals to support associations and NGOs working for the common good and/or the public interest.

For its second edition, the Nuit du Bien Commun will be able to count on the Onet Foundation as a new sponsor for this event, which aims to showcase and provide financial support to local social entrepreneurs selected for their meaningful projects in a variety of fields, including education, culture, disability, the fight against poverty, and environmental protection.
Every year, in the first quarter, a public call for applications is issued to select the organizations that will be featured on stage. From among the applications submitted in response to the call for entries, about twenty projects will be invited to a final presentation before a jury composed of business leaders, partners, media representatives, and members of the event’s support committee.
The Grand Oral follows the same format as the evening event: 4 minutes to convince the jury!
After deliberation, the organizations that will present on stage are selected.
