Launch of the "Entreprendre pour toi" Endowment Fund

Alongside Candide, CEPAC, the Compagnie Fruitière Endowment Fund, EDF, Erilia, Kedge, SEMM, Stan, and Travaux du Midi, the Onet Foundation has just launched the “Entreprendre pour toi” Endowment Fund, of which it is a founding member.

Entreprendre pour toi is a collective of companies committed to combating substandard housing and to developing social support for people in precarious situations in the Aix-Marseille-Provence metropolitan area. Its goal is to support the efforts of nonprofit organizations by enabling companies and their employees to pool their financial, human, and material resources to create greater momentum and have a greater impact in helping the most vulnerable people.

Substandard housing at the heart of the Onet Foundation’s initiatives

Committed for many years to combating substandard housing and housing insecurity, the Onet Foundation plays a key role in this collective by contributing its expertise and experience. Beyond its 10 founding members, “Entreprendre pour toi” is open to companies of all sizes located in the Aix-Marseille-Provence metropolitan area that wish to commit to supporting the most vulnerable in our region. All members and their employees will thus be able to offer their support in the form of donated paid time off, financial donations, pro bono services, and volunteer work.

The business consortium, in partnership with Pro Bono Lab, will make the Engagement Platform available to its employees. The platform aims to identify and promote opportunities for skills-based volunteering and other forms of volunteer work. This will enable employees of companies that are members of Entreprendre pour toi to get actively involved in community service initiatives with local organizations.
