Onet employees set sail from Marseille-Cassis for a charitable cause

On October 26, about 100 Onet runners took part in the Marseille-Cassis Half Marathon. Beyond the athletic challenge, this group effort was driven by a spirit of solidarity: to support the Sourire à la Vie charity and its Château Sourire project.

Smile at Life: Restoring Hope to Young Patients

Since 2006, the organization Sourire à la Vie has been supporting children and teenagers affected by cancer. Its approach combines adapted physical activities, psychological support, and projects designed to help these young people rebuild their lives and rediscover their zest for life.

Thanks to donations from the runners of the Onet group, all funds raised by the Foundation will go directly to Château Sourire, a facility designed to provide long-term support.

Praised performance

Along the 20-kilometer route between Marseille and Cassis, participants competed with energy and determination. The Onet Foundation was keen to recognize three of them:

  • Hadrien Freckhaus, men's course record in 1 hour 29 minutes
  • Elodie Del Picchia, fastest time for women at 1 hour 48 minutes
  • Caroline Gentil, recognized for her perseverance (2:54)

Thank you for this outpouring of support

This race perfectly embodies the Onet Foundation’s mission: to recognize our employees’ commitment to community service and provide tangible support to organizations that work every day to help vulnerable people.

A big congratulations to all the runners who proudly represented the Onet Foundation!!
