The Onet Foundation presents its 2024 Annual Report, which reflects a year marked by a renewed commitment to serving the most vulnerable members of society. In the face of an ongoing social crisis, the Foundation has expanded its efforts to combat substandard housing and housing insecurity by supporting local community organizations.
The year 2024 was marked by numerous community service initiatives, including the Solidarity and Housing Day, which, in its 13th year, brought together more than 400 employees. Thanks to their dedication, 20 community service projects were launched in France and abroad, thereby improving the living conditions of 5,000 people in vulnerable situations.
The Onet Foundation has launched several flagship projects this year:
Support for children and young adults: creating living spaces in care facilities such as the HAS Association in Marseille or Action Enfance in Chinon.
Support for the most vulnerable populations: Renovation of facilities used by organizations that work with hospitalized children in Brazil or with young people from priority neighborhoods in Marseille.
Support for women who are victims of violence: participation in the renovation of several shelters for women in need, particularly in Paris and Marseille.
For the third consecutive year, projects have also been launched internationally, led by teams from Brazil, Spain, Luxembourg, and Morocco.
In addition to these renovation projects, the Foundation continued to support local organizations through in-kind donations and charity fundraisers.
In 2024, the skills-based volunteer program was also extended to all Onet Group employees in France, allowing them to dedicate up to two days a year to community service projects. Coordinated by the Foundation, this initiative helps support numerous local organizations with their operational and strategic needs.
Finally, the Onet Foundation, in partnership with local businesses and organizations in the Marseille area, has continued its efforts to support displaced households in finding permanent housing through financial, skills-based, and in-kind donations.
Convinced that collective engagement is a key driver in building a more inclusive society, the Onet Foundation will continue its work in 2025 to support the most vulnerable members of society. This annual report illustrates the Foundation’s commitment to sustaining and expanding its efforts in the public interest.
