The Onet Foundation was established in 2010 based on a simple conviction: businesses have a vital role to play in serving the public interest. By supporting grassroots projects led by dedicated nonprofit organizations, we affirm our belief that dignity and inclusion are indispensable pillars of a more just and equitable society. These initiatives concretely embody the conviction that underpins our values and drives us every day: to act effectively by pooling our resources to put people in precarious situations at the heart of the solutions. Together, alongside our nonprofit partners and thanks to the commitment of our employees, we work to bring about lasting change in situations of vulnerability and contribute to a better future.
Established in 2010, the Onet Corporate Foundation supports initiatives that promote solidarity and combat substandard housing. To contribute to human development in a healthy and safe local environment, the Onet Foundation supports organizations that assist people in precarious situations in order to address substandard housing and insecurity.
As such, the Onet Foundation coordinates projects aimed at the most disadvantaged populations to improve their housing conditions and provide them with access to sanitation and food aid.
On a day-to-day basis, the Onet Foundation is managed by a deputy director, a partnerships and pro bono coordinator, and a communications officer. In implementing and carrying out its initiatives, it also relies on the commitment of Onet Group employees .
In France, substandard housing affects a growing number of people, depriving them of decent and safe living conditions.

To raise external funding, an endowment fund was established in 2014: the Onet Fund for Solidarity and Housing.
The endowment fund’s purpose is to finance, either directly or through nonprofit organizations, initiatives that serve the public interest—particularly those launched by the Onet Corporate Foundation—in the areas of social solidarity and housing.
