The Onet Foundation has published its 2025 annual report, which reflects an ever-growing collective commitment to serving the most vulnerable. In a social context marked by persistent vulnerabilities and worsening precariousness, the Foundation has strongly reaffirmed its mission: to take concrete action, alongside on-the-ground actors, to improve the living conditions of those who need it most.
Our flagship event of the year, Solidarity and Housing Day, once again demonstrated the power of human commitment. On September 19, 2025, 400 employee volunteers came together to support 25 community service projects carried out in France and around the world.
Since this initiative was launched in 2011, nearly 5, 700 people in vulnerable situations have seen their living conditions significantly improved thanks to the efforts of the Onet teams. From renovation projects and painting jobs to landscaping: every effort counts, and every project embodies the belief that community service improves living conditions.
This momentum has also spread internationally, with projects led by teams in Brazil, Spain, Luxembourg, and Morocco, underscoring the deep-rooted nature of a solidarity that knows no borders.
In 2025, the Foundation supported a wide range of organizations that work every day to combat social exclusion and substandard housing. Shelter and social reintegration centers, shelters for at-risk youth, facilities for people with disabilities: more than 145 support organizations have been assisted since 2011, with a total of 2,900 volunteers involved since the beginning.
Among the highlights of this year’s initiative: the partial renovation of a shelter and social reintegration center in Montélimar; the beautification of living spaces at the Matter shelters in Lyon, which house young migrant mothers; and a project with the Fundación Horizontes Abiertos in Spain, which supports highly vulnerable individuals in rebuilding their lives.
In Morocco, for the third consecutive year, the teams worked with the association Dar Lekbira, an organization serving children in need.
In addition to Solidarity and Housing Day, employees of the Onet Group have been actively involved in several fundraising drives throughout the year. From March to December, three major campaigns were launched:
In October, about 100 Onet employees participated in the Marseille-Cassis race to benefit the Onet Foundation. The event served as an opportunity to raise awareness among runners about the issues of substandard housing and housing insecurity, and to raise €7,985, which was donated to the charity Sourire à la Vie.
In 2025, the Onet Group’s skills-based volunteering program , coordinated by its Foundation, continued to expand, offering every employee the opportunity to devote two days a year to community service projects. Three team projects were carried out to benefit local organizations, including:
The year 2025 reaffirms the path the Onet Foundation has been following since its creation in 2010: building, year after year, a community-focused initiative that is increasingly impactful, increasingly rooted in local communities, and always driven by the conviction that every action counts. By strengthening its partnerships with nonprofit organizations, expanding the circle of committed volunteers, and developing new forms of action, the Onet Foundation actively contributes to a more united and inclusive society.
