Saint-Chamas Project

ADAMAL

Based in Salon-de-Provence and the Istres Ouest Provence region, ADAMAL (Association for Access to and Retention of Housing) has been supporting households facing housing difficulties—including isolated individuals, single-parent families, young people aged 18 to 30, and women who are victims of violence—since 1992, with a team of 45 staff members.
It offers pathways to housing and social integration:

  • Housing-related social support (ASLL) for households facing difficulties in accessing or maintaining housing
  • Housing and a residence for young adults, with 123 units for people aged 18–30
  • Subletting with a lease transfer toward tenant autonomy
  • Innov’Toit, a community-based real estate agency, in partnership with other local organizations
  • Specific measures for vulnerable populations (mental health issues, domestic violence)
