The Hallouvry Public Institutions consist of five entities, organized under four legal structures within the Bretillien department. These structures operate in the social and medical-social sectors and serve people of all ages.
The Henri Fréville Children’s Center (CDE 35) carries out its work in accordance with the child prevention and protection responsibilities entrusted to the department. The mission of the teams (composed of professionals from various fields of education and care) at the Children’s Center is to provide a safe environment—including emergency protection when necessary—to observe and assess the situation of each child or adolescent, and to recommend the most appropriate course of action as part of a Personalized Support Plan.
