Solidarité Femmes 85, the leading organization addressing domestic violence in the Vendée region, is based in La Roche-sur-Yon. It provides assistance to women and their children who are victims of domestic violence 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Its services:
• 24/7 hotline and secure emergency shelter
• Individualized social services and parenting support
• Day center with address registration, laundry facilities, and kitchen area
• Outreach services throughout the department
• Awareness-raising among professionals, elected officials, and citizens
