Project 3 Marseille

Cantina

Since its founding in November 2022, the Cantina association has been committed to combating food insecurity and promoting social inclusion in working-class neighborhoods. It offers families staying in hotels or elsewhere free access to community kitchens. With a vision centered on solidarity, social diversity, and sustainability, Cantina’s goal is to support residents of struggling neighborhoods through various initiatives. The association works on several fronts:

  • Access to food, including fully equipped kitchens and basic cooking supplies;

  • Social support;

  • Cultural and social activities, such as organizing events, workshops, and activities to strengthen social bonds.

Project

The project involves: – cleaning and repainting the association’s office, – assembling furniture and doing odd jobs, – a group workshop to prepare lunch. 20 volunteers needed
