Since its founding in 2003, the Soliane Association has been dedicated to supporting families of children with disabilities. It provides them with compassionate support and activities tailored to each child’s specific needs and interests. The association is run by parent volunteers with experience in the field of disabilities, with the goal of promoting better social and professional integration.
With a focus on social inclusion, Soliane’s goal is to support “extraordinary” children and teenagers, as well as their parents and siblings. The organization works on several fronts:
Administrative and academic support, including assistance with drafting life plans, academic support, and referrals to the appropriate agencies;
Activities for children and young people, including creative workshops, age-appropriate film clubs, and cultural and sports outings, to promote better social and professional integration.
