Our foundation was established by the 25 companies that make up the Onet Group. It is organized around a board of directors and an executive committee.
The Board of Directors is composed of shareholders, Group executives, and external experts. Board members are appointed for a five-year term, which is renewable indefinitely. The Executive Committee is appointed by the Board members for the same term.
They define the policy and general direction of our foundation. The Executive Committee is elected by the Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors consists of nine members (two-thirds of whom are representatives of the founding companies and/or their employees, and one-third of whom are qualified individuals) and meets three times a year.
